1989 first release. New in original box, packing and tag attached. Beautiful piece. A few small flaws- there is a thin film spot on the box top- right, mid center. Some kind of packing adhesive. Noticeable under certain light. I did not attempt to remove it. The stuffing/packing paper is original and brittle from 34 years of storage. The box held up with excellent gloss and color. A few small dings/spots and scuffs. Slippers are clean. Tag is thick, has some edgewear and some corner curls. This is as close to fresh off of the shelf that it gets for this vintage. Remains as I purchased while ran a Kinney Shoe store in 89. Overall incredible piece for your collection!
