This antique Flint Glass Oil Lamp is a beautiful piece that dates back to the mid-19th century. It is made of clear flint glass, stands at 9-1/4 inches and is believed to have been crafted by the Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. The lamp is an original piece, depicting the American style of the time.


The glass oil lamp with brass collar (no burner) is in absolutely beautiful estate condition with NO cracks, NO repairs, NO cloudiness, and NO sickness.  It shows faint signs of production period  appropriate trapped tiny air bubbles and tiny sediment.  The base shows age appropriate signs of surface wear, as shown in the photos.  The interior rim of the brass collar measures approximately 7/8" in diameter.  It was listed by a Dealer or Reseller. Although it is unsigned, it is believed to have been created circa 1850. The lamp is in great condition, with no issues to note. It is a perfect addition to any antique collection.
