Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. so would be happy to accept a return. You will have 30 days from delivery date to return your item for any reason. Please note, however, that some items do require a 20% restocking fee which will be applied to the cost of the return shipping label. Items with restock fee include electronics, items over 50 lbs and items over $200 US Dollar. Restock fee also applies to situations of buyer’s remorse, changing your mind, or canceling an order that has already shipped.

Please know that we inspect all of our items before shipping them out. If any item is received as damaged or defective, your return is 100% free and valid for 30 days after delivery date.

Exchange

We do offer free exchange for all items within 30 days. Note that replacement items can take 3-4 weeks for delivery. In most cases, replacements arrive much sooner. All replacement orders will be rushed and we will make every attempt to get the item to you within a reasonable time.
