Welcome!

Our seeds are US sourced, and ones from our own gardens are noted in the listings.  To help keep our prices low for everyone we eliminate extra expenses like shipping add-ons, attractive seed envelopes, or instructions (which are readily available online). If you need these things, please purchase from another business, as our main focus is on growing and fast customer service.

Seeds come to us as they are shipped to you, and we are not responsible for any crop damage due to microorganisms or other problems.

We ship quickly, usually within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays with USPS First-class mail, in a business size envelope. Large orders may be split and shipped in more than one envelope, or multiple orders combined into one.

Once shipped the speed of delivery time is out of our control, so please allow up to 10 business days to allow the postal service a little extra time while they overhaul their system.  Opening a case is an automatic refund, a built-in protection for buyers, but time-consuming for both parties. If you still want the seeds and they are available, you will have to reorder.

Satisfaction guaranteed! Sometimes things happen but we try to make it right. Please message, we are very easy to work with! We give refunds if not completely satisfied for any reason.

Quality control: If we hear back that someone's seeds failed to germinate, we do an additional germination test on them. Anything over an 80% germination rate is considered satisfactory.

Positive feedback appreciated, we love our customers and give positive in return! Thank you.

Organic Lavender. Common English Lavender. Lavandula angustifolia syn. L. vera.  Heirloom. 2 feet. Fragrant leaves and blossoms for sachets and potpourri. Hardy plants with aromatic lavender blue flower spikes are lovely in borders in sunny, well-drained soils. Herbaceous and cold-hardy perennial shrub, lavender is one of the most tolerant and fragrant overwintering herbs in the home garden.

Lavender thrives in many climates and gardens. It is one of the easiest and most rewarding crops to maintain once established. Lavender is a cool-weather favorite best if started indoors 10-12 weeks prior to final frost. Lavender has a slower germination period of 14-28 days. Plant 2-3 seeds .25 inches deep per cell or container, transplanting seedlings into the garden in average, loose, well-drained soil in full sun once true leaves establish. Lavender can be difficult to begin from seed but, once rooted, is a low-maintenance perennial. An ideal herb for container and patio gardening. Avoid over watering, as lavender is a semi-arid perennial susceptible to leaf spots and root rot.
