Games are region coded to North America. They all work and have been tested. 

SELLER NOTES:

• Everything in the pictures is sold as is and as described. The buyer will receive everything shown in the pictures. 
• Breath of Fire II, Sword of Mana, Tales of Phantasia, and The Legend of Zelda the Minish Cap are all authentic games. 
• Other games shown may or may not be authentic. They do have Nintendo chip sets. (Final Fantasy games - Seller does not warrant these as authentic)
• Reviews will be posted only after delivery and buyer has accepted the goods received. 

Shipping:

• Shipping is available to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe 
• Shipping costs will be illustrated by ebay.
• Buyer is to pay shipping costs. 
• If buyer wins multiple auctions, seller will attempt to provide a single invoice and combine shipping (if possible).

 Return and Cancellation Policy:

• Buyer pays shipping for all returns.
• Any returns will have a 5% restocking fee applied that will be deducted upon the refund.
• Buyer can request a return for refund within 30 days of shipping notification.  
• Any cancellations prior to shipping can be refunded in full, provided the buyer has messaged the seller prior to any shipping label being created. Once a shipping label has been created by the seller, it will be deemed as being shipped. Once this has occurred and tracking is provided, the buyer should in writing request a return upon receiving the items which depending the situation (upon sellers discretion) the 5% restocking fee may be waived. 
• Any returns claimed under the category of "Not as described" will be sent to mediation with ebay. Noted, that the buyer agrees to full responsibility for the purchase and agrees to read in full the listing prior to bidding, therefore accepting the details provided. For this purpose the buyer will be reported as violating ebay's and the sellers return policies. 
• Buyer for any returns should reach out to seller and request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number to accompany any returned materials. An RMA# must be either provided inside the return shipping packaging or printed out the outside of the return shipping packaging. The RMA# should not be put on the materials sold, the materials sold original packaging, nor written on any of the goods in general, it must only be written on the return shipping packaging. 
• Buyer agrees for any returns, to return the goods in the same condition as received. Any damage will be assessed, and if the materials are found to be damaged additional deductions beyond the restocking fee will be applied to the return to cover the damaged goods or a full return may be waived by the seller if the goods are completely damaged, or any goods are missing. 
• Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
