These are all brand new in retail packaging. Each Bag has 3 clips of 6 hair claws. For a total of 18 hair claws per bag. There are 5 bags in each purchase for a total of 90 claws. Hopefully this made sense… I think these would be great party favors, rewards from teachers or even trick or treat handouts!
