Mortises are antique and will have wear typical of these types of Mortise: scratches, paint loss, residue and white paint. Both Spring latches work, unknown if dead bolt works, you will need a Skeleton Key to pick it. (Skeleton Key not included). Lock box with brass plate is in better condition than the other.
