This is an upscaled fire station, with the double space upstairs and a flag pole! The firemen can take turns napping, practicing with the firehose, and their favorite pastime--sliding down the firepole!  

Lego.com has pictures from the manual, yet again, it's just variations of play ideas and advertisements.  So if you want  help to rebuild this set, be sure to take screenshots of these pictures!
