"FESTIVE" aka "CELEBRATION" is the famous pattern of Lomonosov /Imperial Porcelain Factory, well-known around the world. It is hard to imagine a more successful porcelain pattern .. perhaps other than Cobalt Net. Since its design in 1950 by Anna Yatskevich the Cobalt Net has become a symbol of simplicity and elegance, and it is so loved by the public in Europe and Americas that now Cobalt Net serves as a visiting-card of Lomonosov (Imperial) porcelain. However, behind the deceptive visual simplicity of the pattern there is so much complicated and time-consuming hand-painting that any "black market"s attempts of repeating Cobalt Net and producing cheap items fail.

This is the finest Russian firm porcelain produced by Imperial Porcelain. This porcelain is thin with an exceptional durability. Imperial porcelain is white without any yellowish undertone; unfortunately, photos do not always reflect that. All items are hand painted and each of them has the Imperial Porcelain Factory logo at the back.

The Best (Export) quality. HOLOGRAM is a MUST sticker or your porcelain is 2nd Grade!

IMPERIAL PORCELAIN is a producer of the finest Russian porcelain and bone china. The Imperial Porcelain factory (another name Lomonosov Porcelain Factory) was founded in 1744. The items produced by the factory won Gold Medals in 1923 in Revel, in 1925 at Paris World Exhibition, in 1948 in Leiptzig, in 1958 in Brussels.
