Combined Shipping: Diecasm will combine shipping only when you wait to make payment on multiple wins that occur within 3-days of each other after waiting for Diecasm to invoice you for the multiple wins.   If you make separate payment on multiple wins, Diecasm may still ship the items together, however, the individual shipping payments will not be refunded.  You must wait for an invoice to arrive showing combined shipping on multiple wins in order to get combined shipping.  

Signature Required: Most wins over $100 will be shipped with signature required and all wins over $200 will be shipped with signature required unless you notify Diecasm prior to shipment and are then responsible for any lost or damaged shipment.  If you are not available during the day to sign for a shipment, please notify Diecasm prior to making payment and the shipment will be sent to the closest FedEx OnSite location (such as Walgreens or FedEx Office) where the shipment will be held by FedEx for 3 to 5 days from the day the shipment arrives.  Diecasm may for items which are rare and less than $100 may still be shipped by Diecasm with signature required.

Franklin Mint Single Item Win: For a single Franklin Mint win and in an "original" Franklin Mint box, if you want each Franklin Mint shipped inside another box then there will be a $3.95 handling fee added and you must let Diecasm know prior to shipping so it can be added to the shipping fee when you are invoiced.  If payment is made prior to being invoiced the Franklin Mint will probably not be shipped in a separate box. 

NoBox Shipments: For the "BB" collection, Diecasm has made reasonable efforts to pack each item with bubble wrap that compresses around the sides of each 1:24 model, and foam around each 1:43 model.  Since there are no boxes for items listed as "NoBox", trim may become dislodged or dislocated and will need to be fixed by you.  For all NoBox items, these items will be boxed inside a larger box to further protect the item.  Unless specified otherwise, all NoBox items do not include Styrofoam, outer box(es) and/or any paperwork including certificates of authenticity or titles.

Bid Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a bid during an active auction, it is your responsibility to do it as Diecasm will not cancel any bids during an active auction.  If you win an auction and decide you no longer want the item for whatever reason it is your responsibility to cancel the item and Diecasm may block you from bidding on future Diecasm offered items.  If Diecasm determines that a winning bid must be cancelled, Diecasm may do so at Diecasm's option.  

International Buyer Shipping: eBay Global Shipping does not permit combined shipping.  If you win multiple items, please contact Diecasm offline on the workaround process prior to making payment.  Offline connection can be seen on Diecasm eBay Store.
