The figure is mint as it is still sealed, the card I would grade as a C7.5+ on a scale of 1-10.  The major flaw is the bottom of the bubble is lifting, but it is clear and still looks great. It hasnt lifted enough to be able to remove the figue so it is still considered sealed. The card itself only has few minor flaws. Please see photos for condition.
