How Much Storage Do I Need?

PhotoSphere supports any size SATA hard drive, including solid state drives. You can choose to supply your own drive by purchasing the version without any storage or purchase your PhotoSphere with one of our drives. How much space do you need? It all depends on how many devices you want to back up and how much data is on them.

512GB

You can store over 93,000 photos at an average size of 5MB each on a 512GB drive. This size will be large enough for most families to store all their photos and videos.

2TB

If you plan on backing up all your computer data as well as photos from your phones and tablets, 2TB should be large enough for most families.
