FIRST AND FOREMOST:  I will NOT ship this item until you contact me via eBay and confirm that you are ordering the correct receiver.  This is best done sending me a photo of the back of your current remote, or a photo of the receiver box with the identifying number showing as exampled in photo #4.

        If you don't contact me shortly after you order I will cancel the transaction.   The faster you confirm, the faster I ship. You can also confirm in the payment note area instead, which requires very little extra work.

        This only works on the tree designated for it.  Do not buy it for another tree, hoping that it works.  It will not.

         DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SURE THAT IT IS THE CORRECT ONE.  Please look carefully at the labeling/functions/design of your item and compare them to the pictures to make sure you are purchasing the correct one.  If you have questions - ASK!!

        If you have corresponded with me before purchase about which one to get, and I have agreed or suggested on the correct one, I will allow a return with no problem.  However, if you impatiently and randomly guess which one you need by yourself, that's not my fault.

           Item is marked for security.  Do not attempt to purchase my new item and then returning your old used item instead.  I will know, and it will fail.  eBay has sided with me in the past as I present evidence.
