Items in our listings eBay Shopare on the stock file within our Parts Department, although they are markedreserved once placed on eBay. If in the unlikely event that our workshop orlocal customer requires the item urgently we reserve the right to withdraw theitem from sale on eBay but will attempt to contact any bids to explain thesituation.

We reserve the right to re-list any items not paid for within 7 days record any unpaid strike against the winning bidder unless that bidderhas contacted us to inform us of any delay such as a holiday, when we willextend the period to an agreed date. If that date is then exceeded then theabove will apply negative feedback will be left.

PAYMENT

For UK buyers I accept payment by means of Paypal, cheque, postal order,cash by recorded delivery, bank transfer and cash on collection byarrangement.

It is up to the buyer to make sure that any parts they buy from me aresuitable for their cars. I do endeavor to describe my goods accurately andhonestly. I am more than happy to answer any questions however trivial orsupply more photographs - it is better to ask questions before the auction endsrather than afterwards to save time and money for both parties.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

I do package very well and above all my priority is making sure thatyour goods reach you in perfect condition!

Delivery within the UK will be by first class/first class recorded orspecial delivery, heavier/bulkier items will be sent by standard parcels/Parcelforce or even courier. I usually post within 24 hours of receiving clearedpayment. I am happy to try and meet deadlines if you email me beforehand.

RETURNS

I will accept returns providing the item is returned to me in thecondition it left me within 7 days, although correctly supplied products willincur a 25% surcharge and you will be liable for postage and packaging.
