Comes in variety of sizes. Take a measurement of your open hand, not including the thumb, all the way around your knuckles. 

Measurement of 6.5" - 7.5" = Adult X-Small

Measurement of 7.5" - 8" = Small

Measurement of 8" - 8.5" = Medium

Measurement of 8.5" - 9.5" = Large

Measurement of 9.5" - 10.5" = X-Large
