The Denon DP-6000, released in Japan in 1976 during the "Golden Era" of Japanese audiophile equipment, is a high-quality direct-drive turntable with a unique design. Though they do not have a mainstream following outside of Japan, amongst Japan-savvy audiophiles these Golden Era Denon turntables have a phenomenal reputation for their quality of sound as well as construction. This DP-6000 features a PWM circuit with low waveform distortion for driving its AC servo motor (quartz phase lock). Rotation frequency and phase feedback As a result, rotational speed fluctuations are extremely small (± <0.002%), providing you with phenomenal pitch reproduction during record playback. Overall, the DP-6000 is a great example of a fantastic vintage turntable. , made with a level of quality and attention to detail that made Japanese turntables from this era famous among audiophiles.

This particular unit is in very good condition, with some wear throughout (please see photos). This turntable has been thoroughly checked and tested by our professional technician, confirming its flawless operation. Both 33 and 45 settings work perfectly, and the platter rotation.
