Green faux-leather covers with embossed and silver decoration on the front and gilt lettering on the spine. Sound binding, light foxing to prelims, pages are a little darkened but are otherwise clean. Contains very many black and white and mono-coloured illustrations and a fold-out colour plate.Originally published as a magazine looking ahead to the possible war with Germany and featuring both air warfare in World War I and developments to date and forecasts of future aerial warfare. This is the first publication as a single volume.
