All plants are inspected before dispatch. In the case of bare root roses all plants are green to the top and alive. Any damage or shortages must be advised within 48 hours of receipt. As these are living plants any returns must be arranged within 5 working days using the existing packaging. As the supplier, from the moment of receipt, we have no control over the plant stock, in terms of pre planting care, the weather, the length of time before planting, the quality of the planting, the quality of the soil, root desiccation, if the stock is ever allowed to dry out, or is waterlogged post planting, pest and disease (control), feeding and irrigation.

Pembrokeshire Plants must be advised in writing within 5 working days of any issues.
