Debugging method:

Step 4: Fill the battery only. If the blue light rotates clockwise, increase the output voltage until the red light is on. Then slowly a small output voltage counterclockwise until only blue is lit, then use a multimeter to make sure the cutoff voltage is correct to avoid overcharging!

Transfer method instead of using solar power:
Step 1: The power supply has adjusted the solar MPPT voltage (eg 18V)
Step 2: If the output voltage is adjusted in a clockwise direction until there is no large MPPT voltage output, do not connect the power supply to the input terminal and do not the battery. Then slowly rotate counterclockwise until the small MPPT transmission just has the output voltage.
Step 3: Decrease the output voltage counterclockwise until the red and blue indicators flash, then coarsely adjust the output voltage to the full cutoff voltage
Step 4: Fill the battery only. If the blue light rotates clockwise, increase the output voltage until the red light is on. Then slowly a small output voltage counterclockwise until only blue is lit, then use a multimeter to make sure the cutoff voltage is correct to avoid overcharging!
