These are new in package and I’m going to be honest the retractable function on these are a pain and complete garbage but the charger cord function is A+ and great for charging multiple phones or devices. If you purchase please let me know if you want me to get rid of the retract part and send cord with package or just leave as it is and hopefully yours will be the one that works well. Just being honest but you are still getting a great charger ready to ship with care from Texas thanks for looking if you buy multiple at same time I will only charge one shipping cost either by combining or refund
