This is a New 23 tooth 0.875" OD 3860346 Muncie and other driven speedometer gear for small speedometer gear housing hole. This fits most GM and Chevy transmissions with a 7/8 inch speedometer gear housing hole THAT USES THE 1.76" DIAMETER DRIVE GEAR. This is to be used with ONLY the BLACK drive gear OR STEEL GEAR that is 1.76" diameter. This is the larger 23 black gear. This is what is found in some Muncie 27 spline output shaft transmissions and a few others. If your old gear was a 22 gray or less tooth count this will DESTROY the drive gear and itself due to clearance issues. A replacement nor refund will not be issued so be sure of your drive gear diameter before buying this gear or send us a message and we would be happy to help you get the right parts the first time.
