Color is solid black, there is some stretch to the waist, and also have a tie closer, with a wider straight style leg.  A soft cotton blend, 76% cotton, 24% polyester velour. They are New With Tags, in excellent, clean unworn condition, and come from a clean, non-smoking home....Please see photos, this is the actual pair you will receive.
