This vintage 1960 staple-bound photo exhibition brochure/pamphlet is in very good condition.   The exhibition at the Pasadena Art Museum included the works of nine West Coast photographers of the time, including Ansel Adams.   Book measures 8.5x10.25".  This is a very cool and rare collectors piece.  Please see photos.
