Items listed in our listings and eBay store are on stock file within our parts department, they are marked reserved once placed on eBay. If in the unlikely event that our workshop or local customer requires the item urgently we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale on eBay but will contact any bids placed to explain the situation. We reserve the right to re-list any items not paid for within 7 days and record any unpaid strike against the winning bidder unless the bidder has informed us of any delay such as a holiday, we will extend the period to a agreed date. If that date has been exceeded then the above will apply and negative feedback will be left.

Payment

For UK buyers we accept payment via PayPal,cheque, postal orders, cash by recorded delivery, bank transfers, or cash in collection by arrangement.

It is up to the buyer to make sure the items that buy from us are suitable for there vehicle. We do endeavour to describe our goods accurately and honestly. We are happy to answer any questions however trivial or supply more photographs it is better to ask questions before the auctions ends rather than afterwords to save time and money for both parties.

Postage and packaging

We do package very well and above all out priority is to make sure that our goods reach you in perfect condition! Delivery within Mainland UK will be sent first class/first class recored or special delivery, heavy/bulkier items will be sent by standard parcel/ parcel force or even by courier, we usually post within 24 hours of cleared payment. We are happy to try and meet deadlines if you email us beforehand.

Refunds

I accept providing the item is returned to us in the condition left in within 7 days, although correctly supplied products will incur a 20% surcharge and you will be liable for any postage and packaging.
