The mighty Eagle battles the great, evil Silver Fox in this action-packed martial arts film. Years prior to this encounters, Eagle supposedly was murdered, along with his father, by Silver Fox's goons. Now, Eagle returns for vengeance on the man responsible for his father's death, and who also plans to restore the dishonorable Manchu Dynasty.
