Since the blower fan was quite expensive I replaced the whole boiler.  Therefore, I have other parts available if you need, just let me know, it was working fine earlier that day, and I confirmed the blower fan was bad when a capacitor fell out of it when I removed it. 

I have the control/display panel and the control PC board listed already.  I have everything but the blower fan available. 

I have this listed at half the cost of a new one, which I feel is a fair price.
