Collectors Classics 13: MEMPHIS, by Mike Leadbitter, 1966, published by Blues Unlimited, Bexhill-on-Sea, Sussex, England. This 16-page booklet is devoted to listings of records from Memphis (or thought to be at the time) released on the Modern, RPM, Flair, Blues & Rhythm, Chess, Checker, Duke and Meteor labels by artists including B.B. King, Big Walter Horton, Bobby Blue Bland, Junior Parker, Willie Nix, Earl Forest, Howlin’ Wolf, Rosco Gordon, Joe Hill Louis, Rufus Thomas, Jackie Brenston, and Ike Turner . The covers have photos of Big Walter Horton, Bobby Blue Bland, Junior Parker, and a B.B. King poster. Pages of the booklet have yellowed with age and there are small brown stains at the bottom of some pages, plus a small torn spot on the front cover. There is a partial split along the spine (front/back cover pages). No markings or otherwise damaged pages.
