This new crimped Lidder, with thumb crimp pattern and two spikes to make holes in pie lids for steam release, to fit Coppice Alupack foil 100FPL, is compatible with the John Hunt Pie Stamper and John Hunt heating element (flat lidders without a crimp are also available).
The lidder we make is suitable for a John Hunt heating element, which enables the lidder to be heated for easy release of the pastry. This feature is unique to GHL Bakery Equipment Ltd, as the Lidders that John Hunt supply are not compatible with their heating elements.
The 100FPL Lidder is manufactured by us, it comes with a thumb pattern Crimped Top, however it is also available with other crimps or a flat top, and without the Steam Release Spikes. We also make our own heat adjustable simmerstats, and Stamp and Die Sets, which come with or without a crimp, and we have new original John Hunt heating elements available.
