This is a pair of very beautiful bookmarks made of metal with a black background adorned with gilded patterns and seal script (an ancient Chinese writing style), which is very eye-catching. The design of the bookmarks replicates the horse trappings of a nobleman from the Han Dynasty in the first century BC, which were located on the front part of the horse's head and served both decorative and protective purposes. These trappings, known as "Danglu," were exclusive to the royal family. The front of the bookmark features auspicious patterns such as dragons, phoenixes, and tigers, replicated from unearthed artifacts, while the back bears seal script. The size of the bookmarks is approximately 6 by 2 inches. They are exquisitely crafted and made of sturdy material that cannot be bent, making them an excellent gift for friends and family.
