Orders less than 16oz will ship USPS First Class Mail unless you select upgraded shipping with USPS Priority Mail. Orders over 16oz will ship USPS Priority Mail automatically. Returns
Please contact me with any issues you have with your order before leaving feedback or returning your order. I will do everything I can to resolve the issue. Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped and received. If an item arrives broken, please provide photos to aid in filing a claim with USPS before refund or replacement is issued.
