WARRANTY INFORMATION
The manufacturer guarantees to replace the unit that manifests a defect in materials or workmanship during the Exchange Warranty Period, with a new or refurbished unit in like-new condition. This replacement will be at the manufacturer's sole discretion and may involve the same product or one with equal or better specifications, based on current availability during the Exchange Warranty Period. The manufacturer will cover all repair, logistics, and insurance costs for this service. You will be required to pack the original machine in the box that the replacement unit is delivered in. Return shipping instructions will be provided for the prepaid return. If abuse, use of non-KYOCERA supplies, or failure to return the device occurs, you may be charged for the replacement device.

Coverage

• The Exchange Warranty Period starts on the date of purchase.
• This Exchange Warranty will expire three (3) years from the date of purchase or upon reaching the stated number of prints, whichever comes first.
• This Exchange Warranty does not apply to any pre-installed printing supplies such as toner, drum unit, fuser, and waste toner bottles.

The Exchange Warranty will be void if any of these conditions are met:

• Due to operator negligence, accident, misuse, liquid spills, abuse, contamination, improper or inadequate maintenance, or other external causes.
• Use of non-genuine KYOCERA parts and supplies.
• Operation outside the usage parameters (physical, electrical, or otherwise) stated in the user documentation that shipped with the KYOCERA Hardware Product.
• Use of software, interfacing, parts, or supplies not supplied by KYOCERA or AngelToner.
• Improper installation of end-user replaceable KYOCERA printer supplies, such as toner and maintenance kit.
SHIPPING INFORMATION RETURNS
UPS Ground
Small printers weighing 70 lbs. or less, we ship via UPS Ground. A tracking number will be provided once shipped.

LTL Freight Curbside Delivery
Heavy and/or oversize printers will be shipped by Freight Curbside Delivery. If you do not have a loading dock and require lift gate service and inside delivery, please contact us for a quote. These additional services are not included in the standard shipping charge. We will contact you to confirm your shipping details before we book your shipment. Prior to delivery, the carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery. Someone must be present on the day of the delivery and sign the proof of delivery.

Local Pick-up
Warehouse pickup is also available by appointment. We will prepare your order and notify the pick-up day & time via phone call or eBay message once everything is ready.
AngelToner will only accept returns within 30 days from purchase with conditions as outlined below:

- The box not open.
- 20% restocking fee.
- Customer pays for return shipping.
REFUNDS CONTACT US
AngelToner does not offer refunds except under the following circumstances:

a) An item is either out-of-stock
b) Wrong product has been delivered
