SUPER RARE Very Hard to find Vintage Tomy Frank - Furter Walking Running Dog Remote Control

It's not too often you cant find info on something from google;

The box has been repaired. I put a battery in the remote and no luck. the legs are free and not seized. the dog and the remote are in good condition otherwise.  see photos.
