 This is Terrene Elwood TOUGH model.  It has the Tekshield (puncture resistant belt) casing.

A customer rode several seasons (on another set) with this tire and I believe only had 1-2 flats over several thousands of gravel miles.  This item is the extra backup tire not needed and never used.
