This very pretty Royal Doulton demitasse cup and saucer are in perfect condition
with no chips, cracks or crazing. They ring true. The cup and saucer have
fluted sides and scalloped rims. They are finished in cream, the cup
having gold trim to the handle and foot. The back stamp indicates a production
date between 1930-1993.There is a painted number on the bottom of the cup, 

difficult to read. It looks like V2336. V numbers were used on Royal Doulton

bone china between 1928-1951. V2336 dates the duo to between 1943-1948.
