Author Biography

Michael Patrick Gillespie is professor of English at Marquette University. He is the author of The Aesthetics of Chaos: Nonlinear Thinking and Contemporary Literary Criticism, Ulysses and the American Reader, and Reading William Kennedy, the latter published by Syracuse University Press.
