Please message us if you have any issues with your order before opening a return request. We'll get back to you within our business hours as soon as possible! We are here to help, and 99% of the time can help troubleshoot without needing to exchange or return. In the case a return needs to be made for a defective item, we're happy to provide a replacement if available or a full refund.

Shipping:

We ship Monday-Friday within 1 business day of payment clearing. All U.S. Orders ship securely in a padded bubble mailer, with tracking!

Please note:

For both buyer and seller protection. we are required to ship to the address on file with the purchase. We are unable to alter the ship-to address under any circumstances. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. We aim to ship items out as fast as possible, due to this, once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel.
