NOS from 1982 unused Character Generator ROM chip (goes in socket Z29 on the TRS-80 Model I motherboard).
These were part of the OEM Lowercase modification kit (26-1104) so have the nicer characters than the earlier chip (6670 - no lowercase descenders, and 3001, no lowercase descenders and flying 'a').
If you are building a Model I repro kit this is the chip you want.
