The basis is the same highly insulating, brushed RX Heavy that we use in our Winter Bib Tights, but we've incorporated a second layer of fabric on the outside of this model for extra protection. We used our NEOS Ultra textile for this twinDeck design: a wafer-thin two-layer softshell material with a sealed PU membrane. It is not only water-repellent, but also 100% windproof. In this way, legs and buttocks that have to brave the elements are completely protected from snow, rain, wind and low temperatures. As with the Winter Bib Tights, the back of the leg is made from RX Light, making this area, where you move the most, even more breathable with added comfort. The fit of the Ultraz belongs to our "regularFit" category, which means that thanks to the two-layer design, the tights are slightly compressive where necessary, but are not as tight as our racingFit. Panels are articulated and sewn to fully hug and support the hamstrings, knees and calves as you move - so they follow your movements with every pedal stroke. The upholstery is our proven MILLE winter upholstery, which is cleverly sewn into the RX layer with reversed seams. Enjoy what is probably the most comfortable wearing experience ever.

RX Heavy: Used on the inside of the legs. This brushed tricot binding is designed to provide excellent comfort with its moisture-wicking, highly insulating and highly flexible properties. 290 g/m2, environmentally friendly water-repellent coating and odorControl.

NEOS Ultra: Patented two-layer windproof and highly breathable softshell material with a sealed PU membrane for additional water-repellent properties as a second layer of fabric along the legs. twin deck: This two-layer fabric design optimizes the insulation of the tights through a textile combination of NEOS Ultra and RX Heavy.

RXLight: Lightweight tricot weave fabric with asymmetric stretch provides light insulation and increased comfort at the back of the knees. 205 g/m2, environmentally friendly water-repellent coating and odorControl.

MILLE winter upholstery: The elastic upholstery "MILLE" - further developed. Now in black, this pad features our proven 8mm thick layer of memory foam and sits at the intersection of comfort and performance.

3D waffles: A patented three-layer perforated foam that increases breathability and has no excess weight.

goldenGate: A patented process technology in which the seams are interrupted along the side parts of the upholstery, thus enabling increased three-dimensional freedom of movement in this sensitive area that is always in motion.

Y7 Frame Carrier bibTech: Wide, flexible straps converge in a Y-shaped design at the upper back, creating a flat, stable structure that fits seamlessly between the shoulder blades.

Stabilizer V3: Stabilizes the back thanks to solid mesh fabric with limited vertical stretch. With motifs from the MILLE GT series and climaCode.

Reflective stripes: Attached to the back of the calves for better visibility.

regularFit: Optimized for all-round comfort in the driving position. The cut is slightly freer than our skin-tight racingFit.
