Purchased many years -10ish- ago, it was already old at the time, but it was new & sealed, I opened but never used it for anything.  It is complete. I do not have a lot of expertise in older phones, but my research done on this seems to show it is incompatible with any networks todays, I think this was meant for 2G networks long time back.
