Made by: Cap Toys, Inc., Bedford Hts., Ohio. Made in 1995.
These have been in a storage bin since 1996. They have never been opened. From being in the storage bin the back cardboard has some creases. There are some marks on the Action Figures. I think some dirt got under the plastic from years of being stored.
The Action Figures are:
1 – Dark Avenger, Number 1252.
2 – Mega-Destroyer Humongor, Number 1481. “With Vacuum Powered Morphing Action”.
3 – Fusion-Fire Graplor, Number 1480. “With Vacuum Powered Morphing Action”.
All of the Action Figures come with all of the Attachments, some of them have shifted and are not in the correct spot.
The total weight is 4-1/2 pounds.
All are BRAND NEW.
Payment may be via Pay Pal.
Buyer also agrees to pay actual shipping and insurance charges.

Your satisfaction with your auction win is my prime concern. I assure you the item you receive was described to the best of my ability and knowledge and is as pictured with no attempt to conceal flaws or damage.
However.....if you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of your bid price by following these 3 simple requests:
1) Contact me within 3 days of receiving your purchase and let me know of your intent to return.
2) Pack the item securely and return it to me via USPS Priority Insured mail with Delivery Confirmation.
3) Please email me the Delivery Confirmation number.
Once the item is in my hands and I verify it is the same item shipped to you (yes regretfully there are those who have switched items on me hence everyone must suffer due to the few bad eggs) I will issue you a refund of your bid price by PayPal.
Please note....I am sorry, but only your BID PRICE is refundable. The shipping fees go to the postal service and are not mine to refund.
