We aim to deliver all items within 7-10 working once we have dispatched your order a tracking will be provided. Which you can track on our website btstracking.co.uk with live update of delivery date and time slot. custom made order will take slightly longer lead team is 2-3 weeks all our deliveries are to ground floor only unless you have arranged room of choice delivery and paid the additional charges.

For custom made to order we do not accept returns or give refunds, refunds and returns will only be accepted if items damaged or defect, any defects or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, if your items show visible damage please do not accept delivery. all other items we offer 60 days return if you are unhappy with your purchase simply return it back to us in its original packaging via tracked service. once we have received the item back at our warehouse we will issue refund.
