Starting a return:

under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions

2. Select the reason for the

received, you can upload photos. Both eBay Customer Service and the seller can

can be removed only by contacting Customer Service.
4. Depending on the return
policy, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and packing slip.
5. Pack the item carefully.
Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and send the item back to
the seller. You must return the item within 5 business days of requesting the
return. It is good practice to include tracking information when returning an

6. You can include a note for a
replacement if it’s preferred.
7. The return request would need to be
closed before a replacement is dispatched.

HOW TO REMOVE ICLOUD:
Go to iCloud.com and log in.
Go to Find my iPhone.
Select in top middle "All Devices.?
Select the device that was returned to
us.
Select where it says, "All
Devices" and there should be a small "x" on the right side of
the item that was returned to us.
When you hover over the "x" it
should say remove and click it and you should get a message warning that says,
"If you remove the item another person can put their apple account on
it".
