Original Vintage musi kom home music system intercom AM Radio . The house was built in 1957 so it's pre that. I did find a catalog on ebluejay.com that looks like it would belong to this.  We recently remodeled our kitchen , made it open concept , so there was no place to reinstall this. I was a little sad about it because it worked and was a very unique item in the house. Works intercom and radio for 6 separate rooms.  For us it was hooked up front  door , back door and 3 bedrooms and this main control was in the kitchen.
