Superb wide antique handmade English Honiton Bobbin lace flounce in a warm creamy ecru color...

Useful for a variety of applications, including doll costuming, embellishment of women's apparel, pillows, lamp shades, etc., this beautiful lace flounce features an ornate floral motif with vines and greenery, and is finished off with a scalloped bottom edge, and entredeux along the top.

Measures overall ~49 inches long, ~3&3/4 inches wide, and finished along 2 side.  There are 2 quantities available, and if both are purchased, you will receive one long continuous piece.

Appears unused.  In overall very good condition considering age, with age related yellowing, occasional scraggly threads, mild fraying mostly along the entredeux along the top edge, and occasional small light spots.
