The lamp is in good condition with a few small chips. There is no structural damage. The fisherman is 13 1/2 in tall. To the top of the light bulb holder is 19 1/2 in. The lamp does work. I think this switch may have been intended for a three-way lamp because you have to click it twice to turn it on and then click it twice to turn it off. The lamp weighs 6 lb 8 oz.
