This is a vintage reel to reel player made in Germany. 1959 and 1960 were the years of production of this model of reel to reel tape player and recorder. It is a Smaragd model BG20/4. It is a big size table model of reel to reel player. This exact device is kept in a very good vintage condition for its age. There is a small broken piece on the right side at the case, visible at the photos, but it doesn't affects the functionality of the device. There are visible small signs of use, totally normal for a 60 years old and used device.
The dimensions of the tape player are 435 x 225 x 350 mm or in inches 17.1 x 8.9 x 13.8 (WHD).
