This vintage Royal Doulton Bunnykins harlequin trio is in very good condition

with no chips, cracks or crazing. The pattern is intact on all three pieces and all

three ring true. Colours are bright and vibrant. The cup and saucer are signed

 'Barbara Vernon,' perhaps Royal Doulton's most celebrated Bunnykins designer. 

The backstamp on the cup and saucer dates them between 1937 and 1953. 

The plate is unsigned and its backstamp dates it between 1959-1975.

The plate shows the Bunnykins on a camping trip, the saucer shows

Mrs Bunnykins feeding baby and the cup depicts Bunnykins having

their breakfast porridge. The older 2 pieces(cup & saucer) now have 

the adored yellowish cream colour from ageing.
