Delivery Information

We take great care in ensuring that our products are packaged to a very high standard and that your delivery arrives safely, securely and in the best condition possible.

All of our products are delivered free of postage and packaging charges.

On receipt of cleared funds your order will be processed and will be dispatched from Autosmart International within 24 hours.

Delivery times may vary according to peak periods and will also depend on when the payment was cleared.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation providing you with notification that your order is out for delivery and a tracking reference.

We ship all of our orders with Parcel Force and all orders can be tracked on the Parcel Force website or by contacting the Autosmart Support Centre.

All deliveries need to be signed for. Where Parcel Force are unable to obtain a signature, a customer card will be left and the item will be held for a period of 5 working days at a local depot. All failed deliveries will be returned back to us after a period of 5 working days and a re-delivery cost will apply.

We strive for a perfect delivery every time. In the unfortunate event of an issue related to your delivery, please contact the Autosmart Support Centre immediately who will assist you in getting the issue resolved.

Do not dispose of any of the outer packaging until you are satisfied with your product delivery as this can be re-used for a product return back to Autosmart International.

Returns Policy

30 days refund, buyer pays return postage
We want you to enjoy and get the most out of our Autosmart International products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and want to return a product to us, please follow our guidance below and contact the Autosmart Support Centre.

All returns must be authorised by us in advance. Please contact the Autosmart Support Centre to obtain a "Return Authorisation Number"

To send back an item without an authorisation number will result in a longer returns process and a delay in a refund to your payment card.

Unwanted Items
Under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the statutory right to return any unopened item, within 14 working days of receiving it for a full refund.

The refund will be issued once the returns authorisation number has been raised, the item has been received and processed at Autosmart International. We will not refund any postage costs associated with the return of the unwanted item to us.

Incorrect Items or "Not as Described"
We take every care to ensure that our products are accurately represented online. If you find that the product is incorrect or "Not as Described" you should contact the Autosmart Support Centre, have it verified and then return it to Autosmart International for a full refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received. In this instance Autosmart International will also refund your return postage.

Faulty or Damaged Product
Whereby a product has arrived faulty or damaged you should contact the Autosmart Support Centre immediately. In order to resolve this issue quickly we will request photographic evidence of the fault or damage and on verification we will either replace the item, issue a partial refund or provide a full refund including postage costs.

Consumer Responsibility When Returning Goods to Autosmart International
With chemical products, every care should be taken to protect yourself and the welfare of the persons and/or company handling and transporting the products back to Autosmart International.

  • Contact the Autosmart Support Centre to obtain "Return Authorisation Number"
  • Complete the Return Form on the back of delivery note
  • Re-use the original packaging supplied by Autosmart International to return your product back to us in or ensure the use of appropriate packaging
  • Follow our guidelines on "good packaging" diagrams on our returns form
  • Seal and apply the address label with the return authorisation number on the outside of the package
  • Return the item to Autosmart International via Parcel Force signed for

Autosmart International only takes responsibility for items that are returned to us by a tracked service and are signed for by our goods in team.

Q: What surfaces can I use G101 on?

A: G101 can be used on most paint work, glass, rubber, laminate, vinyls, concrete and fabrics. We don't recommend on aluminium or anodised coatings. We recommend that you test on an inconspicuous area of after market paintwork and fabrics including aerosol finishes. G101 can't be used on polished alloys.

Q: Can G101 be used on leather?

A:  G101 is often used by professional valeters for cleaning leather however due to the huge variation in the quality and condition of leather found on vehicles we would not endorse the product for use in home application.

Q: Can I use G101 neat?

A: No, G101 should always be diluted.

Q: What dilution should I use G101 at?

A: G101 is supplied as a concentrate. Always dilute before use. Heavy grease - 1 part G101, 4 parts water. General cleaning - 1 part G101, 9 parts water. Light grime - 1 part G101, 29 parts water.

Q: Can I use G101 as a pre wash?

A: Yes, it is often used as an excellent pre wash product. Follow the precautions as with any powerful cleaning product. Ensure surfaces are cool, do not allow to dry on and avoid prolonged contact with bright work on polished trim. If in doubt check before use.

Q: Can I use G101 on my vehicle seats?

A: It can be used but we would recommend  that you remove all traces of product residue after cleaning by rinsing or with a damp cloth.

Q: What precautions should I take when using G101?
