The Cardboard sleeve has some shiny surface finish when exposed to light or sun ( Refer to second Picture )
VCD is region free usually but i have only tested it on my computer and the CD works but i cant guarantee it working in other regions or other media types ..... and so you are still buying at your own risk !!!!
