Delivery
We have set delivery as 2nd Class as standard to help keep prices as low as possible.

We may use Royal Mail, Yodel or Evri depending upon a number of conditions.

If you require your purchase for a specific date please ensure that there is sufficient time between purchase, despatch and delivery to ensure that it arrives with you in good time, particularly if it is for a special occasion.

While we will pick, pack and despatch the same work day if the order is placed before 12.30 it is worth remembering that all of the delivery companies are struggling to fulfil their targets around the country consistently.

If you urgently need an item it may be worth upgrading the shipping to guarantee next day or 48 hour delivery. You will have this option at the checkout.

If you need your parcel to be shipped to a different address please update the address before placing the order. Ebay do not allow us to change the delivery address for your security to anything other than the address on the order.

If there are some additional address / delivery or SAFE PLACE instructions then please message us so we can include on the parcel.

Please note we cannot leave parcels outside the door in apartment buildings / blocks of flats. Ebay and the delivery companies do not assess as general public areas as secure drop off points so will not cover an item if it goes missing.

Please remember that the item needs to be saleable when it gets back to us so must be new & unworn, have the labels attached, have all of the parts included and have the original packaging where the instructions are printed on the package. If it is not all complete or damaged then we follow the EBAY guidelines for your return.
